Now this one is special. VALE launches its semi-annual AXON VA series, highlighting the foundational artists of the label through collaboration and musical innovation. The first ever AXON roster includes our favorite rising artists: POSEIDON, ÆTERNA, VOLJUM, CHRIZPY CHRIZ, SMIGONAUT, DEEZ, UPRISING, LEON ROSS. The name AXON describes the electrical relay system which branches off from the central core of a neuron. The AXON disseminates messages to the vast neural network of the brain. Extending from the nucleus that is VALE, the artists deliver their carefully curated message to the music community.
T1. DIVINITY is the innovative brainchild of secret genius UPRISING and cinematic guru LEON ROSS. This song creates a unique sense of tension throughout and leaves the listener hands clenched but their head bobbing.
T2. UNBOUNDED is nothing short of an expedition in sound conjured by the prime pairing of CHRIZPY CHRIZ and VOLJUM. Composed of varied elements that weave expertly through different states of mind, you may find yourself surprised to find you’ve been listening to the same track the entire time.
T3. FUTURE EXECUTE is a neotokyo dancefloor track imagined by Boston-based artists DEEZ & SMIGONAUT. Incorporating their signature groove with neuro features, these artists reveal the cyber club music of tomorrow.
T4. HALLS OF IRIS is the enigmatic return of the powerhouse duo POSEIDON & ÆTERNA. A bone-chilling darkness wrapped in an envelope of beauty, HALLS OF IRIS is bound to deeply move any electronic music fan.
